
Add the spinach, eggs, and almond flour to the blender. Blend well.
Pour the batter one ladle at a time onto the waffle iron.
In a baking dish, alternate layers of waffles, ragù, and shredded mozzarella until all ingredients are used.
Bake in a fan oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
