Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, Philadelphia, salt, instant yeast, and oil until you get a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface with the help of a rolling pin, until it is about 4 millimeters thick.

Use a pastry cutter to cut out 6-centimeter diameter discs from the dough.

Transfer the discs onto a baking sheet and top with tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and fiordilatte.

Bake the mini pizzas for 10 minutes.

Add the fiordilatte and continue baking for another 4 minutes.

Remove the mini pizzas from the oven once they are cooked to your liking and serve hot.
