Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    Wash, clean, and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Season it with salt, oil, oregano, breadcrumbs, then place it on a non-stick baking tray.

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano and cook in an air fryer at 210 degrees for about 18 minutes.
