Preparation

Prepare a cup of coffee and let it cool.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Mix the Greek yogurt with the coconut sugar until you get a smooth mixture.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Quickly dip the cookies in the unsweetened coffee and place them in a glass to create the first layer.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Cover the layer of cookies with a layer of yogurt and repeat the process for two more layers.

Dust with unsweetened cocoa and put the tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours before consuming.
