Ingredients
- Fresh or frozen banana

150mL150mL - Lemon or lime juice
1teaspoon1teaspoon - Natural sweetener (maple syrup, agave syrup)

- Fresh mint leaves or fresh raspberryas needed
Preparation

Place the banana (fresh or frozen), chufa flour, raspberry powder, cold plant-based milk, lemon or lime juice, and sweetener (if using) in the blender.
