A clean and elegant seafood dish where delicate steamed cod meets an olive oil potato puree enriched with Gracilaria flakes. Completed with Oriental Surf crumble for aromatic umami and a pleasant texture.

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, then boil them in salted water for 12–15 minutes or until tender.
While the potatoes are cooking, steam the cod fillets over simmering water for 8–10 minutes, or until opaque and tender.
Drain the potatoes and mash them while hot with olive oil, Gracilaria flakes, and chopped parsley. Salt and add a splash of lemon juice.
Distribute the puree on the plates and place the steamed cod fillets on top.
Finish with a generous crumble of Oriental Surf and a final splash of lemon to add freshness.
