Place the cooked cannellini beans, sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of tahini, 2 of sweet paprika, 1 clove of garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of salt, and the 2 ice cubes into a blender.
Start blending and, if needed, gradually add a little cold water in a thin stream.
Once a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained, pour it into a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (optional).
