Cook the barley in salted water following the cooking times indicated on the package
In a pan, sauté garlic with extra virgin olive oil, add the green beans, zucchini, and peas, season with salt and cook until the vegetables are crisp
Drain the barley and let it cool, when the vegetables are also cool, mix everything together adding basil leaves and raw extra virgin olive oil
