  • Grated organic orange zest1Nr
  • Grated organic lemon zest1Nr

Preparation

    Grind together corn flakes and oat flakes. To prepare the burgers.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    In a bowl, place the anchovies cut into pieces, crumbled bread, and the rest of the ingredients except the oil.

    Divide the mixture into 6 and shape into burgers.

    Place the burgers in the ground corn flakes and oats On both sides.

    Lay a sheet of parchment paper in a non-stick pan and cook the burgers.
