  • Cleaned and washed broccoli350g
  • Butter20g
  • Onion1Small
  • Grated parmigiano reggiano cheese30g
  • Extra virgin olive oil2Tablespoons
  • Peeled and diced potatoes400g
  • Spicy red chili pepper1Small piece
  • Salt.to taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Slice the onion into julienne strips and place in the saucepan, add the spicy chili pepper and sauté.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    When the onion begins to brown, add the potatoes, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and the broccoli. Cook for about 15 minutes.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Drain the broccoli and add to the potatoes, cook until the potatoes begin to break apart.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Salt to taste. Before serving, add the butter and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
