- Cleaned and washed broccoli

20g20g - Onion
1Small 1Small - Grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
30g30g - Extra virgin olive oil
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Peeled and diced potatoes
400g400g - Spicy red chili pepper
1Small piece 1Small piece - Salt.to taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Slice the onion into julienne strips and place in the saucepan, add the spicy chili pepper and sauté.
- STEP 2 OF 5
When the onion begins to brown, add the potatoes, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, add a pinch of salt and the broccoli. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Drain the broccoli and add to the potatoes, cook until the potatoes begin to break apart.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Salt to taste. Before serving, add the butter and grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
