Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    Salt is used for cooking the pasta; adjust for the frittata according to your taste. Extra virgin olive oil is used to cook the spaghetti frittatas.

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    The Neapolitan spaghetti frittata is easy to prepare. Beat the eggs with Parmigiano, add the other ingredients and mix well. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a small pan and cook one spaghetti frittata at a time.
