Cook the red lentils until fully cooked, adding a little water when necessary. Once the lentils are cooked and mushy, season with salt and let them dry completely.
Transfer the lentils to a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, vegetable grated cheese, and mix all the ingredients well.
Form balls of dough with your hands and cook them in an air fryer at 200°C for 12-13 minutes.
