Wash the cherry tomatoes well, cut them into 4 parts, place them in a colander and salt them. In a bowl, put the fresh breadcrumbs, grated Grana cheese, black pepper and mix everything well so that the created breading is compact and homogeneous. Next, take each slice of chicken breast, after salting it, dip it first in the egg on both sides and then in the breading you have created, again on both sides. Place the breaded chicken breast slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. On top of each slice, place the cherry tomatoes you previously cut and salted. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
