Roll out the pizza dough and cut it with a pastry cutter or a glass.
On each disc, place some ham and scamorza cheese, and on other discs, place tomatoes and scamorza cheese.
Roll them up and create balls.
Spray oil on the air fryer paper and arrange the balls in a flower shape.
Brush the surface with an egg yolk mixed with a little milk.
Cook at 190°C for 13 minutes.
