A delicious variation of bruschetta made with puff pastry, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, and shredded bresaola.
Cut a roll of rectangular puff pastry into three vertical strips and three horizontal strips, thus obtaining 9 rectangles.
Brush with oil and salt.
Cook in an air fryer or oven for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Cut and season the cherry tomatoes.
Remove the pastries from the oven, let them cool, and with the help of a piping bag, make ricotta tufts on the pastries, add the tomatoes and bresaola.
You can also fill them with diced ham or robiola cheese.
