    • Buffalo provola200g
    • Béchamel sauce200g
    • Extra virgin olive oilto taste

    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 7

      Cut the eggplants into cubes and fry them in extra virgin olive oil until golden brown.

    2. STEP 2 OF 7

      In a pan, sauté the garlic with a drizzle of oil, add the ground meat and cook until browned.

    3. STEP 3 OF 7

      Combine the fried eggplants with the ground meat and mix well.

    4. STEP 4 OF 7

      Cook the heart-shaped pasta in plenty of salted water, draining it al dente.

    5. STEP 5 OF 7

      In a baking dish, alternate layers of pasta, eggplants and meat, buffalo provola, and béchamel sauce.

    6. STEP 6 OF 7

      Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden and bubbly.
