
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sear the beef filet in a pan with butter until browned on all sides.
Salt and pepper the filet.
Wrap the filet in puff pastry and seal the edges well.
Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the beer reduction by boiling the beer in a saucepan until reduced by half.
Serve the sliced filet with the beer reduction poured on top.
