Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Combine a glass of beer and a glass of extra-virgin olive oil in a bowl and mix.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Add 200 g of brown sugar and 200 g of unsweetened cocoa powder, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Incorporate 500 g of type 1 sifted flour and a packet of vanilla baking powder, mixing well.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and serve the cake once cooled.
