Fondue made with melted cheeses flavored with light beer, ideal as a sharing dish for appetizers or casual dinners. Creamy and flavorful, it pairs well with toasted bread, raw vegetables, or apple cubes.

Grate the Fontina cheese with a wide-holed grater, pour it into a small saucepan together with the cornstarch and turn on the heat.
Pour the beer in a thin stream while continuing to stir until it completely melts.
The mixture should not be too liquid or too dense. Serve the FONDUE hot with cubed black bread, in the appropriate container with a candle underneath to keep it warm. Alternatively, a terracotta bowl preheated in the oven is also fine.
Decorate with grated bacon and enjoy!
