  • 1 kg of boiled beef1kg
  • 2 yellow-fleshed potatoes2unit
  • 500 g of camona quality tomatoes500g
  • 1 tropea red onion1unit
  • Coarse and fine saltto taste
  • 2 zucchinis for boiling the meat2unit
  • 1 large ripe tomato1unit
  • 4/5 sprigs of parsley4sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil2tablespoons

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    For boiling the meat, in a large pot put the meat, a handful of coarse salt, the zucchinis, the parsley, the potatoes, 1 tablespoon of oil and a large tomato. Cook for 3 hours over low heat.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Let the meat cool, cut into chunks, peel the boiled potatoes and cut into pieces.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion and cut the tomatoes as you prefer.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Arrange the plate with the meat, onion, potatoes and tomatoes and finally drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
