Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks. Clean the garlic and remove the core.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In a container, pour the vegetables along with the sheep and extra virgin olive oil and salt.

    Cook for 30 minutes in an air fryer at 180 degrees; halfway through cooking, shake the basket.

    Let it marinate for at least two hours, turning occasionally.
