







Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks. Clean the garlic and remove the core.
In a container, add the vegetables along with the sheep and extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Cook for 30 minutes in an air fryer at 180 degrees, shaking the basket halfway through.
Let it marinate for at least two hours, turning occasionally.
