  • Pioppino quality mushrooms500g
  • Cherry tomatoes6units
  • Bay leaves2units
  • Fresh rosemary1unit
  • Extra virgin olive oil2tablespoons

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Clean and cut the mushrooms, cook them in a pan with the oil for about 15 minutes, salt to taste and cook on low heat. For wine lovers, it is possible to add half a glass of red wine.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Meanwhile, cut the sausage and cook it in a pan for about 10 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Then add the sausage to the mushroom pan, add the chopped rosemary, bay leaves, and the cherry tomatoes previously cut in half.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Cook for about 10 minutes until the water released by the mushrooms is completely absorbed.
