  • Frozen half-shelled mussels20units
  • Ripe datterino tomatoes20units
  • Fresh parsley leaves5units
  • Chili and garlic oil5tablespoons
  • Bottarga1tablespoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Defrost the mussels and rinse under running water.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Cook the spaghetti for the time indicated in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, wash and cut the datterino tomatoes in half.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    In a pan, pour the oil and heat for a few seconds. Add the mussels, datterino tomatoes, and chopped parsley, cook for 10 minutes adding a tablespoon of pasta cooking water.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, stir for a few seconds, add a generous tablespoon of bottarga and toss for a moment.
