Cut the zucchinis into cubes using the brunoise cut
Finely grind the walnuts and basil into powder.
In a blender add the oil and walnuts, and blend for a few seconds at high speed. Then add the zucchinis, basil, and cheese.
If necessary, add more oil than expected and add salt.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and pour in the pasta. Cook for the time indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta and sauté it in a pan with the sauce for a few minutes.
Excellent both hot and cold. They keep for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
