
Salad made with canned mackerel fillets in oil, red radicchio, and red apples, dressed with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, and pepper. Rich in minerals and vitamins, simple and quick to prepare.
Wash the radicchio and chop it.
Wash the apple and slice it thinly.
Drain the mackerel fillets well and combine them in a bowl with the radicchio and apple slices.
Dress everything with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, and pepper to taste.
Gently mix and serve immediately.
