
Vegetarian burgers made with spinach and ricotta, cooked in an air fryer for an outer crunch. Easy, light recipe and egg-free.
Wash the spinach and briefly cook it in boiling water.
Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water and finely chop it.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach with the ricotta and mix thoroughly until well blended.
Add the breadcrumbs and continue to stir until you achieve a uniform consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste, sample, and adjust the seasoning.
Take portions of the mixture and shape them into burgers of the desired size.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place the burgers in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside.

Variations: add grated cheese to the mixture or on top of the burgers during cooking. They are served with salads or baked potatoes or as sandwich fillings.
