

A simple and quick recipe to prepare a delicious oven-baked pasta with zucchini cream, mozzarella, and cooked ham, perfect for a tasty and cheesy meal.





In a pan, sauté the sliced zucchini with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until soft.
Blend the zucchini to obtain a smooth cream.
Blanch the farfalle in salted water, drain them and transfer to a bowl.
Add the zucchini cream to the pasta, then the diced mozzarella and the cooked ham.
Mix everything well and transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, add a drizzle of oil and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
Finish with the grill to obtain a perfect golden crust.
