


Wash and dry the savoy cabbage leaves well, then cut them into pieces removing the central stem.
In a bowl, season the cabbage with oil, salt, and your favorite spices. Mix well with your hands to distribute the seasoning.
Place the cabbage pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket (do not overlap!).
Cook at 160°C for 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they become crispy.
Let them cool for a few minutes: they will become even crispier.

Try them with a light dip like hummus or lemon yogurt.
