- Cucumber with skin

100g100g - Smoked salmon
100g100g - Arugula
50g50g - Poppy seedsto taste

Preparation

Slice the cucumber thinly, keeping the skin on. Pat them dry and then arrange them slightly overlapping on plastic wrap.

Spread cream cheese on each cucumber slice.

Add a slice of smoked salmon and a few arugula leaves.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Roll up using the plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge for an hour. Then cut into rolls.

Serve immediately to ensure freshness, garnishing with seeds as desired.
