
A fresh and flavorful twist on the classic prosciutto and melon, with a citrus marinade and a crispy touch of prosciutto.














Clean and cut half a melon into chunks.
Prepare an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, ground ginger, dried chili, and salt.
Mix the emulsion and use it to season the melon in a bowl.
Cook 3 slices of prosciutto in an air fryer for 4 minutes until crispy.
Plate the marinated melon, pour the emulsion over it, add the crumbled crispy prosciutto, and garnish with mint leaves.
