
Today we are preparing a dish with oriental flavors. Perfect for when you have little time to cook and ideal for when you want to eat with chopsticks ?? So, chopsticks in hand, let's see the ingredients we will need!






In a pan, pour the oil and let the chopped ginger and garlic brown. Add some chili, sesame seeds, and then the finely chopped vegetables. Stir-fry them for a few minutes over high heat.
Deglaze with soy sauce and finally add our noodles, previously blanched in salted water. Stir-fry them with the vegetables, adding some of the coarsely chopped cashews.
Plate the dish, finishing with sesame seeds, a bit more cashews, and, if you like, a pinch of dried chili. Chopsticks ready \uD83E\uDD62.. enjoy your meal!
