- All-purpose flour
150g150g - Re-milled durum wheat semolina
150g150g - Instant yeast for savory cakes (optional)as needed
- Salt
7g7g - Extra virgin olive oil
15g15g - Room temperature water

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Knead flour and water, then add salt and finally the oil.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Form a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Divide the dough into three parts and roll out the pizza tongues.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Place them on a baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper, add some sauce and bake at 250°C in a static oven, lower part, for 10 minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Take them out, add more sauce and bake again in the middle part for another 10 minutes.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Once crispy and slightly charred, season to taste (I added dried oregano).
