In a large bowl, combine milk, water, honey, and yeast. Stir with a fork and once the honey is dissolved, add the flour.
Knead for 2-3 minutes and add the oil and salt.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and continue kneading until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Let the dough rise in a slightly oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours.
Meanwhile, slice the cheese thinly and cook the bacon in a pan until it is very crispy.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 6-8 pieces and fill them with cheese and crispy bacon.
Transfer the sandwiches to a well-heated and lightly oiled pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side with a lid.
