
In a bowl, mix the flour with yeast, salt, and yogurt.
Once a homogeneous dough is obtained, divide it into six parts, create balls and pierce them in the center to give them a donut shape.
Place the mini bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with beaten egg, and add seeds as desired.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes in a static oven.
