

This recipe is perfect as a holiday appetizer
In a small pot, heat the cream and milk.
Then add the agar-agar and bring it back to the heat for at least 3 minutes (the heat will activate the agar-agar).
Off the heat, add the grated Parmesan and stir with a whisk until it is melted.
Transfer the mixture into molds and let it cool.
Once ready, unmold and decorate as desired. I chose pomegranate and chestnuts.
