A delicious and quick dish to prepare, ideal for a family dinner.
Start by toasting the almonds in a pan for a few minutes without oil.
Then set them aside and in the same pan add oil, finely chopped onion, and fresh ginger (to taste).
When the onion is wilted, add the chicken cut into cubes and cook for 5/10 minutes.
Then pour in the soy sauce, water, and cook for another 5 minutes covered on low heat.
At this point, remove the lid, add the cornstarch to thicken and create a creamy sauce.
When ready, add the previously toasted almonds.

Serve hot, great with basmati rice.
