Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of a few millimeters.

Cut out triangles of about 4-5 cm per side.

Place them on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees with fan for about 15 minutes.
