In a bowl, place the cornmeal, add a tablespoon of oil and gradually pour in the boiling salted water, stirring.
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper using a rolling pin until a few millimetres thick.
Cut out triangles about 4-5 cm per side.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C (convection) for about 15 minutes.
Serve them with your favorite sauce.
