
Rinse and remove the skins from the cooked chickpeas.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve the hummus garnished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sweet paprika and fresh herb leaves.
Hummus is great enjoyed with fresh vegetables, toasted bread or as a dressing for salads. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
