Preparation

Clean the prawns by removing the head, shell, and intestine.
- STEP 2 OF 7
Cut the spring onion, carrot, and zucchini into julienne strips.

Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a pan and cook the prawns for about 5 minutes until golden. Add soy sauce.

In the same cleaned pan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes, deglazing with soy sauce.

Take one rice paper at a time, dip it in water and layer it with another sheet; add three prawns and some vegetables in the center and close to form the roll.

Heat seed oil in a pan and brown the rolls until golden.

Serve hot garnished with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
