
Delicious rice paper rolls filled with vegetables and prawns, perfect as an appetizer or a main course.




Clean the prawns, removing the head, shell and vein.
Cut the spring onion, carrot and zucchini into julienne strips.
Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan and cook the prawns for about 5 minutes until golden. Add soy sauce.
In the same cleaned pan, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes, deglazing with soy sauce.
Take one rice paper sheet at a time, soak it in water and overlap it with another sheet; add three prawns and some vegetables in the center and fold to form the roll.
Heat the seed oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden.
Serve hot garnished with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within 1 day.
Serve hot with soy sauce and sesame seeds. They can be accompanied by a fresh salad.
