  • Chickpea flour80g
  • Rice flouras needed

  • Corn flakes (unflavored)as needed

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Place the spinach in a pot with the chickpea flour, cook everything together for 3 minutes, and then blend it all together with the tofu, salt, and pepper.

    To form the spinach cutlets, wet your hands and shape them into cutlets.

    Make a batter by mixing 2/3 tablespoons of rice flour and water until you get a batter.

    Crumble the corn flakes and after dipping the cutlets in the batter, coat them in the corn flakes (previously seasoned with salt and pepper).

    Cook in a pan with oil on both sides for a few minutes until they turn golden.
