
Tasty crackers, easy to prepare, perfect for a savory snack!
In a bowl, combine flour, durum wheat semolina, yeast, oregano, and salt.
Mix well, then add the remaining ingredients.
Mix again, first with a spoon, then with your hands, until you obtain a compact and homogeneous dough.
Roll out with a rolling pin to a maximum thickness of 2/3 mm.
Cut the dough to create the crackers, prick them with a fork, and brush with some oil.
Bake at 190 degrees in a static oven for 20 minutes + 5 minutes in a fan oven.
