Preparation

    Blanch the savoy cabbage leaves in boiling water for a few minutes and remove the toughest part.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Place the mozzarella and anchovies on one end of the leaves and fold them into a bundle.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Dip the bundles first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring to cover the ends well.
