  • Boiled spinachas needed

Preparation

    Cook the spinach either boiled or in a pan.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Chop the spinach to avoid too many strands.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Add oil, salt, and Parmesan and mix.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Form the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.
