
Single-serving apple tart without added sugar, made with egg whites, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, and protein powder. Simple and quick, flavored with cinnamon and optional apple pieces.


Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Blend the apple along with the egg white until you achieve a smooth puree.
Add the oatmeal and Greek yogurt to the puree and mix well.
Incorporate the protein powder and baking powder, stirring until the mixture is uniform.
Transfer the mixture into a single-serving mold; optionally add a few apple cubes on the surface and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C in static mode for about 35 minutes, or until the tart is cooked and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before removing from the mold and serving.
