Overnight version inspired by strawberry cheesecake, designed to be anti-bloating and anti-inflammatory: lactose-free and egg-free. Prepare in the evening by mixing the ingredients and let rest in the fridge; in the morning add fresh fruit as a topping.

In a bowl or in a jar with a lid, mix the oats with the almond (or rice) milk, the kefir, and the lactose-free cream cheese until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Add the teaspoon of Marmel-light strawberry and, if desired, a pinch of cinnamon; mix again to distribute the seasoning.
Close the container and refrigerate for 6–10 hours (preferably overnight).
In the morning serve the overnight with fresh fruit topping of your choice (strawberries, berries) and, if you like, a light sprinkle of cinnamon.

Egg-free and lactose-free recipe. To maintain an anti-bloating profile, prefer plant-based drinks with no added sugars and lactose-free kefir; add not overly sweet fresh fruit for the topping. Adjust quantities if preparing for more people.
