Energy balls inspired by the taste of hazelnuts and cocoa like "Ferrero": rich in fiber, filling, lactose-free, and egg-free (gluten-free option if using certified GF oats). No baking needed, ready in a few minutes.

In a bowl, combine the oats and cocoa powder.
Add the hazelnut cream and agave syrup; mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of water at a time until you achieve the right consistency to form the balls.
Take portions of the dough and form about 10 balls with your hands.
Roll the balls in the chosen coating (grated coconut or cocoa) and place them on a plate.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
