
Lactose-free and egg-free protein mug cake, made in a mug and cooked in the microwave. It has a heart of strawberry jam in the center and a hint of peanut butter for a tasty touch. Ideal as a quick protein snack.



Take a large microwave-safe mug.
In the mug, mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, ZERO WHEY, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add the water or plant-based milk (140 ml) and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Insert a tablespoon of strawberry marmel-light in the center of the mixture in the mug (this will form the heart).
Cook in the microwave at maximum power for about 90-120 seconds (cooking times may vary depending on the microwave model).
Carefully remove (the mug will be hot). If desired, add a teaspoon of freshly made 100% peanut butter on top for a tasty touch.
