

Basic recipe for a protein shake with 25 g of neutral whey protein (isolated or concentrated). Use it as a base and customize with the proposed variations: Gianduia, Snickers, Mokaccino, Bounty...!








Put 25 g of neutral whey protein and about 250 mL of milk or vegetable drink of your choice in the blender.
Add ice if you want a fresher and denser consistency.
Add sweetener to taste, we recommend agave syrup as it is natural and low glycemic index.
Choose the flavor to make from the suggested options.
Blend everything until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness or density by adding sweetener or more milk as desired.

The quantities of the ingredients for the variants are indicative; you can adapt them to personal taste. If the shake is too thick add more liquid, if too liquid add ice or banana to thicken.
