Cut the apple into small cubes and place it in a suitable microwave mug.
Add cinnamon to taste and mix it with the apple.
Pour 1 teaspoon of agave syrup over the apple.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds until the apple is soft.
Remove the mug from the microwave and sprinkle the surface with granola for crunch.
