
Simple and quick satay sauce that is lactose-free, ideal for bowls, salads, rice, or to accompany chicken and tofu. Preparation in about 2 minutes using peanut butter for a rich and creamy consistency.
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter.
Add lime juice and soy sauce or tamari.
Stir in the grated fresh ginger and, if desired, a bit of chili or hot sauce.
Mix in water slowly until you reach the desired consistency (about 30 ml).
Taste and adjust flavor with more lime juice or soy sauce if necessary.
